Richtgeschwindigkeit — Advisory speed (130 km/h)
WITHDRAWN SIGN — learn the rule, not the board. Zeichen 380 was deleted from the StVO on 1 April 2013 and the last ones had to come down by 31 October 2022, so it is no longer a valid German traffic sign and will not appear in the exam as current signage. The rule it used to display survives on its own: the Autobahn-Richtgeschwindigkeits-Verordnung sets 130 km/h as the recommended speed on Autobahnen and similar dual carriageways. It is advisory, not a limit — but exceeding it can cut your compensation after a crash, because a court can find a share of liability (Betriebsgefahr) against you. Verified 2026-08-03.
