Termin without a notifier: city-by-city manual tips

Where to click, when to check, and what to watch for in Hamburg, Köln, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Leipzig, Nürnberg, and Bremen.

Seven cities aren't on our automated notifier yet. Here's where to go and when to check. Our plan is to expand to all 10 once we've stabilised the first three.

Hamburg

• Portal: serviceportal.hamburg.de (DigiTermin)
• When: slots trickle throughout the day; no obvious daily drop time.
• Shortcut: if your address change is within Hamburg AND only for a single adult, you may be able to do it fully online without a Termin.

Köln (Cologne)

• Portal: termine-online.stadt-koeln.de
• When: slots appear across the day; don't rely on one time.
• Tip: the community project terminator.koeln scrapes the portal; we don't link because it's proprietary, but it exists.

Stuttgart

• Portal: stuttgart.konsentas.de
• When: same-day releases are common; check around opening.
• Vendor: Konsentas SaaS — not compatible with most open-source scrapers yet.

Düsseldorf

• Portal: termine.duesseldorf.de
• Use Düsseldorf's own notifier: the city runs a built-in Terminagent that emails you when matching slots open.^{duesseldorf.de} Sign up there — you don't need a third-party scraper.

Leipzig

• Portal: leipzig.de termin page
• When: new slots drop daily at 17:00. That's the window to refresh.

Nürnberg

• Portal: nuernberg.termine-reservieren.de
• When: 14-day window releases around 06:30; same-day drops ~08:00.
• Vendor: termine-reservieren.de (netappoint family). Open-source coverage exists; we may add it in a later release.

Bremen

• Portal: service.bremen.de (Meldeangelegenheiten)
• Tip: appointment-only for registration; also check in-person drop-in availability at neighbourhood offices.

If one of these cities is yours and you want it automated sooner, email corrections@germandost.com — we use user demand to prioritise scraper work. Each new city takes ~2–3 days of engineering plus a month of monitoring, so we add slowly and deliberately.
